Local Pick Up

Most people drive to McKinney to pick up their kitten for free by appointment. We always meet for local pick ups in the PetsMart parking lot (near the far end) located at 1751 N Central Expy Bldg, McKinney, TX 75070 (incase you need to grab some last minute supplies). I will be driving a dark gray Nissan Rogue (small SUV) with MagicSiberians.com decal on the rear windshield. On pick up day, please text me what kind of vehicle you are in. 

When you pick up or arrange for a courier pick up please bring or provide a hardshell pet carrier appropriate for your required transport method, or per your courier's requirements. 

If you are flying in to a local airport DFW or Love Field we can make arrangements to meet you for free at the airport with proof of a long distance (2+ hours) flight. 

Please double check with your specific airline as to which pet carrier dimensions they allow. 

We do not offer delivery. There are several pet courier service providers online if needed.

Long Distance Pet Travel

Travel tips:

If you will be flying to pick up your kitten, please check the specific pet carry on measurement requirements on the airline website.  This carry on pet carrier has worked perfectly for us to take a cat on the plane as a "carry on". Put down a pet "pee pad" to cover the sherpa bottom during your flight in case your kitten goes potty without access to a litter box. That's pretty rare but it may happen. 

If you are driving to McKinney to pick your kitten up, please bring a pet carrier something like this.

If you have a very long car ride home (3+ hrs) we recommend setting up a playpen in the back seat or if you have a hatchback put the back seats down and set up an area with a small litter box, food, and water containers. Again using the pee pads can be helpful. If your car ride is more than 5 hours, please consider flying in if possible (for the kitten's comfort) we will meet you at the airport for free.

Keep in mind special import requirements for your state or country like for Hawaii. We need to start the process months in advance to have a special transport process, but it can be done successfully.
